EMPOWERCARE over (but still online)

The EMPOWERCARE project in wich we and several national (Zeeland) and international parties worked on is over, but there is still a lot of data online.

All-encompassing communication can be found via empowercare.eu. Here you can also find finalising documents, such as (Strategy, Workforce Development, Technology Blueprint, Final Evaluation). The documents are available in several languages, Dutch and English amongst them.
